The most important step in taming prom hair is by injecting some realism into the equation. If your hair simply won’t conform to a particular style, accept that and move on. While you might be master over your hair – even prom hair – the question is whether you want to spend the evening trying to make the prom hair behave and worrying whether it’s managed to escape its confines to take on the appearance of a hairy ape.
